About the Opportunity

Take your career further with McLane! We are offering a fully paid CDL-A Driver Training Program designed to launch your journey as a professional driver. As a Driver Trainee, you will learn the essential functions of the Driver role, including the accurate and timely distribution of products to various customer locations. This position provides exposure to warehouse and other operational functions as part of the developmental process of becoming a McLane Driver.

Program Details

McLane is offering a fully paid CDL-A School right here in Northfield, MN. This is your opportunity to start a rewarding career with excellent pay and benefits. The training schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with on-site classes in Northfield lasting four weeks.

To participate, you must obtain a CDL-A Permit prior to the class start. While in school and training, the pay rate is $23.50 per hour. Upon completion and as a driver, you can expect average first-year earnings between $80,000 and $90,000, with a minimum guarantee of $65,000 per year.
