As a Driver Trainee, you will learn the essential functions of the Driver job, including the accurate and timely distribution of products to various customer locations. You will gain exposure to warehouse and other operational functions as part of the developmental process of becoming a McLane Driver. Program Details

McLane is offering a fully paid CDL-A School right here in Northfield. The training schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and takes place on-site for the last four weeks of the program.

To participate, you must obtain a CDL-A Permit prior to the class start. While in school and training, you will earn $23.50 per hour. Upon completion and as a driver, you can expect average first-year earnings between $80,000 and $90,000, with a minimum guarantee of $65,000 per year.
