About the Role
We are hiring OTR Flatbed Drivers for a position featuring 100% no-touch freight. This role is designed for experienced drivers or those ready to learn and grow their skills. While tarping and securing loads are required, you will not be handling the freight itself. Drivers can expect to be out for 2-3 weeks at a time, allowing for a schedule that prioritizes being home on weekends.
You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. Our commitment to support means you have access to 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, with the ability to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
Hiring Process
We are looking for motivated drivers with at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. If you have 1 year of recent verified flatbed experience, you may be eligible for our $5,000 sign-on bonus. To join our team, please apply today to start building your career in flatbed driving.
