About the Role

We are hiring OTR Flatbed Drivers who are either experienced or ready to learn. This role is designed for those seeking a career where they can grow their skills, earn top pay, and still be home on weekends. Whether you are already experienced in flatbed operations or looking to expand your driving career, this position offers a chance to join a carrier that values your growth.

In this role, you will haul 100% no-touch freight, with tarping and securing required. You can expect to be out 2-3 weeks at a time, averaging 2,600-3,200+ miles. We provide late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with cab amenities including an APU inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.

Hiring Process
