About the Role

As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team that values your output and keeps you earning. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. The role features 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities, allowing you to focus on driving rather than loading or unloading.

You will be out for 2-3 weeks at a time, supported by 24/7 Operations & Maintenance. At Decker, you are more than just a driver; you are part of a family where you can sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
