About the Role

We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience on the road.

Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, is designed to reward longevity and hard work. Drivers start at 65 cents per mile with automatic raises as they grow with the company. In addition to base pay, we offer $80 per day in per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We also provide flexible home time options and a pet/passenger-friendly policy to help you maintain a work-life balance.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must be at least 23 years old with two years of verifiable experience and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). We offer paid orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
