About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Drivers to join our Over-the-Road (OTR) route. This role is for those who embody the "America Proud, Flatbed Strong" spirit. As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting loads that require physical effort, including tarping approximately 70% of our loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement that will be tested during orientation.
The Experience
If you are looking for a place to call home, System Transport offers a comprehensive support system. We host a paid orientation in Spokane, Washington, where we cover airfare, a single-occupancy room, and breakfast and lunch. Drivers typically arrive on Monday and are assigned their truck by Saturday.
Our culture supports your life on the road. While pets are not permitted, we allow riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving. Drivers can also enjoy good home time, a transition package, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with a match.
