About the Role
We are hiring OTR Flatbed Drivers for a position featuring 100% no-touch freight. While tarping and securing loads are required, you will not be handling the cargo itself. This role is designed for experienced drivers or motivated individuals ready to learn, provided they have at least six months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
As a Decker driver, you will be part of a family where you are more than just a driver. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
Day in the Life
You can expect to be out on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time. Despite the time away, the schedule is designed to allow you to be home on weekends. The role offers weekly pay with monthly bonus opportunities and includes a $0.01 CPM annual increase. Drivers also benefit from a pet and rider policy.
Support is always available; with 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
