About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 2,000+ miles a week solo or partner with a teammate to average 5,000 miles, we offer a consistent, planned schedule designed for experienced drivers.
As a Solo Driver, you will enjoy 100% no-touch freight and a schedule that allows you to run 28 days out and get 5 days home. For those interested in Team Driving, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist in building your team.
Our Equipment and Support
We pride ourselves on operating newer equipment, with our fleet averaging just 18 months old. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. We provide paid orientation to get you started and tuition reimbursement to support your professional growth.
Application and Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old. We require 3 months of verifiable experience and a clean driving record, specifically no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Candidates must also pass a DOT physical and drug test.
