We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. For Solo Drivers, we offer a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight and an average of 2,000+ miles per week. Top performers in our OTR fleet earn over $1,500 weekly. For those interested in Team Driving, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right teammate, or you can bring a family member or friend along with the help of our sponsorship program.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. We also require no DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years.
