Class A CDL Company Driver

About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are running solo or with a partner, you will be hauling 100% no-touch freight on a consistent, planned schedule designed for experienced drivers.

Solo drivers typically average 2,000+ miles per week on a 28-days-out, 5-days-home cycle. For those looking to build a team, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist with team formation.

Qualifications

To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers must also have no more than two moving violations in the last two years.

Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We do not hire drivers with DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), nor do we hire SAP drivers or those with positive/refused drug tests in the past 10 years.

Compensation

Solo drivers can earn between 52 and 56 CPM based on experience and location, with top performers earning over $1,500 weekly. Team drivers start with a split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM and can average 5,000 miles per week. Sign-on bonuses are available for both solo ($2,000) and team drivers ($5,000 split).
