About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and return for 5 days of rest, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize earnings, our Team Drivers split an average of 5,000 miles per week with starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between partners. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates on board.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your daily runs. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and provide 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever needed.
Benefits and Perks
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement. We also provide basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage. Application and Qualifications
To apply, candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Drivers must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years for CDL-A/CLP holders. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for details.
