About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 2,000+ miles a week solo or partner with a teammate to average 5,000 miles, we offer a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight.
For solo drivers, we offer a run structure of 28 days out followed by 5 days home, designed to give experienced drivers the mileage they need and the real time off they deserve. If you are interested in team driving but do not yet have a partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fold.
Our Culture and Equipment
We pride ourselves on providing newer equipment, with our fleet averaging just 18 months old. Our drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to ensure safety and efficiency on the road. We foster a supportive environment where performance is rewarded, with top performers in our OTR division earning over $1,750 weekly.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL-A) and be at least 21 years old. Applicants are required to have at least three months of verifiable experience and must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. We review driving records to ensure candidates meet our safety standards regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI history. Once qualified, new hires will participate in a paid orientation before hitting the road.
