We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure your focus remains on the road.
Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with a competitive pay rate of 57–64 CPM based on experience. Top performers in the top 20% of our OTR drivers earn over $1,750 weekly. We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid vacation, and performance bonuses. Our equipment is newer, averaging 18 months old, and we maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your journey.
For those looking to drive with a partner, we offer a starting pay split of $0.72–$0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. We provide a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between teammates. If you do not have a partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fold.
We provide comprehensive support for our drivers and their families, including health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits. Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) will disqualify applicants.
