About the Role

As a Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will be on the move with a stable, nationwide company known for having the best equipment, great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record. You will drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks equipped with dual-zone reefer trailers for temperature-controlled loads. These vehicles feature best-in-class specs designed for comfort, including automatic transmissions and inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety.

Your day-to-day involves making 25 to 55 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain. You will handle high-volume loading and unloading, utilizing a hand dolly and lift gate to unload coffee and milk products from refrigerated trailers. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers is essential, as is scanning items as they are unloaded and delivered.

We offer a 5-day work week with weekends required, scheduling flexibility with dispatch times varying between 10 AM and 7 PM, and consecutive days off during the week. Most drivers are home daily, with the possibility of layovers. We provide tons of training opportunities, and with locations across the nation, you can also move to a new city to advance your career.

Hiring Process
