About the Role

As a Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will fuel your career by making 50 to 65 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain. This role is designed for drivers who value home daily and want to represent both Penske and their clients through incredible customer service and relationship building. You will likely be driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms, serving as the face of the operation.

Your day-to-day involves high-volume loading and unloading utilizing a hand dolly and lift gate to move coffee and milk products from a refrigerated trailer. You will maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers and scanning items as they are delivered. You will drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks equipped with dual-zone reefer trailers, automatic transmissions, and inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety.

The schedule requires a 5-day work week with weekends included, featuring consecutive days off during the week. Flexibility is required to accommodate evening dispatch. While the role is physically demanding, requiring frequent movement, lifting up to 50lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 100lbs), and entering/exiting the vehicle, it offers a stable environment with clear communication and great management.
