About the Role

As a Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will join a team of professionals committed to delivering products safely and on time. In this role, you will make 65+ weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain. Your day will involve high-volume loading and unloading, utilizing hand dollies and lift gates to handle coffee and milk products from refrigerated trailers. You will scan items as they are delivered, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.

When you drive for Penske, you are representing both Penske and your clients. You will likely be driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms, building relationships with your accounts through incredible customer service. The role offers scheduling flexibility as dispatch times vary, with a 5-day work week that includes weekends. While mostly home daily, the position may involve the possibility of layovers and consecutive days off during the week.

You will operate late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks equipped with dual-zone reefer trailers for temperature-controlled loads. These vehicles feature best-in-class specs designed for comfort, including automatic transmissions, and are equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety for all.
