About the Role
Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? As a Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will join a team of professionals committed to delivering products safely and on time. You will be responsible for 65 to 70 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain, handling high-volume loading and unloading of coffee and milk products from a refrigerated trailer.
This role is more than just driving; it is about incredible customer service and building relationships with your accounts. You will represent both Penske and your clients, often driving branded trucks and wearing their uniforms. You will maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while scanning items as they are delivered.
You will drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks equipped with dual-zone reefer trailers, automatic transmissions, and inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety. The schedule offers a 4 to 5-day work week with weekends required, featuring consecutive days off during the week and the ability to be home daily. Scheduling flexibility is required as dispatch times will vary.
