About the Truck Driver Role
As a Truck Driver at XPO, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, safely operating tractor-trailer combinations (including doubles and triples) to transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This role is designed for those who enjoy a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will not only drive but also provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads. You will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, ensuring that every delivery meets our high standards of safety and efficiency.
In this position, you will work a flexible schedule that may include day, night, and weekend shifts, often spanning 12-14 hours. You will operate heavy equipment in all types of weather, navigating various surfaces and conditions to keep our network moving. Whether you are climbing into a cab, maneuvering a converter dolly, or standing for extended periods during loading, your focus will remain on safety and performance.

Requirements

- verifiedNo prior positive drug tests or refusals in last 3 years
- verifiedValid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass DOT physical
- verifiedAvailable to work 12-14 hour flexible shifts including day, night and weekends
Nice to Have
Forklift experience. Currently possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.
