About the Role
As a Truck Driver at XPO, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples, to transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials in all weather conditions. Your day-to-day duties involve providing excellent service to customers, which includes generating sales leads, as well as loading and unloading freight. This role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule of up to 12-14 hours a day, covering day, night, and weekend shifts.
The position is designed for drivers who enjoy a challenge and want to leverage their experience in a dynamic environment. Whether you are an experienced driver or looking to start your journey with our Driver School, this role offers the chance to be a vital part of our global logistics network.
Hiring Process
If you do not yet hold a CDL-A, you can learn more about our Driver School to begin your training. All applicants who receive a conditional offer of employment may be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test.
