About the Role
As a Truck Driver at XPO, you will serve as a vital link in our logistics network. This role is designed for those who enjoy the road and take pride in delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples, while transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials across various weather conditions.
Your day-to-day involves more than just driving; you will provide exceptional customer service and actively generate sales leads. The position requires physical agility to load and unload freight, operate heavy equipment, and manage a converter dolly. You will work a flexible schedule that may include day, night, and weekend shifts, often spanning 12 to 14 hours a day.
Hiring Process
If you do not yet hold a CDL-A, we encourage you to learn more about our Driver School to get started. All applicants who receive a conditional offer of employment will be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Requirements

- verifiedValid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass DOT physical
- verifiedAvailable to work 12-14 hour flexible schedule including day, night and weekend shifts

Forklift experience. Currently possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.
