About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,600 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity with an average of 5,000 miles per week and a starting split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along as a teammate.

Application Process
