About the Role
Huntington Distribution Finance, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst 2 to support daily treasury operations across multiple regions, including the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. This position is designed to ensure efficient treasury management through precise cash forecasting, transaction processing, and the maintenance of accurate banking data.
Work Environment
This role is exclusively available onsite at our Schaumburg, IL office. Huntington combines the best of both worlds by fostering in-office collaboration to deepen team connections and maintain a strong community. While certain positions outside the branch network may offer flexible arrangements, this specific role requires full-time presence at the office to facilitate effective teamwork and operational support.

- check_circlePerform daily cash reconciliation and resolve discrepancies across banking platforms
- check_circlePrepare daily cash forecasts and determine required funding levels
- check_circleProcess daily ETOP withdrawals and payments between internal and external ledgers
- check_circleExecute approved Wire, ACH, and FX transactions in treasury banking platforms
- check_circleManage ACH rejects and U.S. returned checks with timely business unit communication
- check_circleCreate and maintain Wire, ACH, and FX templates in treasury banking platforms
- check_circleProcess customer requests to add or change banking instructions and verify details
- check_circlePrepare daily reporting for market indices and foreign exchange rates
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor degree or finance/banking experience
- verified5+ years of treasury, cash management, or related financial experience
- verifiedBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- verifiedProficiency with treasury/banking platforms (BOL, ETOP, JPMorgan Chase Access) preferred
