About the Role
SAS Retail Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Traveling Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will execute merchandising strategies across various retail locations nationwide. Your primary mission is to ensure that products appear in the right store, or on a website, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities.
You will work closely with buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels, and monitor performance. This position requires frequent travel to assigned locations to conduct merchandise resets, ensuring proper placement according to planograms. You will also install and maintain store fixtures, visual displays, and promotional materials to optimize the customer experience.
Day in the Life
Your day involves collaborating with store managers and team members to enhance merchandise presentation and customer satisfaction. You will report product replenishment needs and customer concerns in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of field communication with regional management. When necessary, you will perform product demonstrations to educate customers and drive sales. Flexibility is key, as you will manage multiple tasks and adapt to frequent changes while adhering to all company policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
