About the Role

SAS Retail Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Traveling Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will execute merchandising strategies across various retail locations nationwide, ensuring products appear in the right store or on a website at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. You will work closely with buying teams to forecast trends, plan stock levels, and monitor performance.

Your day will involve traveling to assigned locations to conduct merchandise resets and ensure proper placement according to planograms. You will install and maintain store fixtures, visual displays, and promotional materials while performing product demonstrations to educate customers and drive sales. Success in this position requires collaborating with store managers to optimize presentation and maintaining high standards of field communication with regional management.

Qualifications

While a certification in Visual Merchandising or related fields is an asset, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in handheld technology and a basic understanding of planogram and store layout design are also required.
