About the Role
SAS Retail Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Traveling Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in executing merchandising strategies across various retail locations nationwide. You will ensure that products appear in the right store, or on a website, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities.
This position involves working closely with buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels, and monitor performance. As a traveling team member, you will visit different retail locations to conduct merchandise resets and ensure proper placement according to planograms. You will also install and maintain store fixtures, visual displays, and promotional materials, while performing product demonstrations to educate customers and increase sales when necessary.
Your day will involve collaborating with store managers and team members to optimize merchandise presentation and customer satisfaction. You will report product replenishment needs and customer concerns in a timely manner, maintaining a high standard of field communication and coordination with regional management. Success in this role requires strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and flexibility to adapt to frequent changes.
