About the Position
This role serves as the Sterile Processing Manager and Surgical Procurement lead for the facility in Rockford, IL. The position is critical for overseeing Sterile Processing (SAHS), Sterile Processing (SAMBC), Sterile Processing (SSa), and Surgical Purchasing operations. The manager is responsible for leading the unit's budget and ensuring high standards of sterile processing and surgical procurement.
Role Context
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of experience in sterile processing management and surgical procurement. This role requires a strong background in managing unit budgets and leading teams to maintain operational excellence. Certification as a CRCST or CSPDT is required, with CHL preferred.
Shift and Contract Details
This is a 17-week contract position starting on June 15, 2026. The schedule consists of day shifts, working 5 days a week for 8 hours per day, guaranteeing 40 hours weekly. The position is offered through Mindlance Health.
