About the Position
Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This 13-week onsite contract offers a unique opportunity to work within a vibrant city while providing essential care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
The Role
In this position, you will serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, evaluating and treating patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home programs. Requirements
