About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist on our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating adults and children with a wide range of disorders, including speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing issues. This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a nurturing, innovative environment and is motivated to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
In this role, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers—to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Your day-to-day involves conducting clinical assessments, developing evidence-based treatment strategies, and delivering therapy through one-on-one and small-group sessions. You will also serve as a key educator, guiding patients and families through diagnoses, home exercise programs, and communication strategies to ensure skill carryover outside the clinical setting.

Requirements
