About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist on our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating adults and children with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. This position is designed for a clinician who thrives in a nurturing, innovative environment and is motivated to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
In this role, you will partner with an interdisciplinary team—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers—to develop coordinated care plans and ensure continuity of treatment. Your day-to-day involves conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, delivering one-on-one and small-group therapy, and educating patients and families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives while staying current with the latest research and clinical guidelines.
