About the Role
The Travel Manager will serve as a specialized point of contact for command personnel, assisting in the management, coordination, processing, and routing of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program requirements. This role is critical to ensuring seamless travel operations and financial compliance for our government clients.
In this position, you will provide extensive and specialized customer service, acting as a Reviewing Official or Non-DTS Entry Agent as defined by command requirements. You will coordinate closely with designated military representatives, maintain up-to-date records for all cardholders, and generate reports on aging analysis, delinquency, and misuse. This role requires a deep understanding of Joint Travel Regulations and the ability to identify irregular data to support agency program goals.
