About the Role

We are hiring Armed Security Officers in Frederick, MD, to provide armed protective services for a high-profile customer. In this role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring the safety of customer personnel, visitors, and property by deterring threats and responding to emergencies with professionalism.

Your day-to-day involves a blend of proactive monitoring and active engagement. You will conduct armed patrols on foot or in a vehicle, manage access control, and monitor CCTV and alarm systems. Beyond security protocols, you will serve as a face of the company by greeting visitors, answering questions, and building effective relationships with client employees and guests. You will be responsible for reporting safety concerns and security breaches while handling emergency situations according to strict site-specific directives.
