As a Residential Security Agent, you will serve as the primary guardian for a high-profile client and their family within a fast-paced residential environment. This role goes beyond standard security duties; it requires a deep commitment to safeguarding the client, their guests, and personal property while seamlessly integrating the client's core values and code of conduct into every decision and action.
You will operate as a critical node in a dynamic, multifaceted security network. Your day involves making real-time operational decisions to enhance safety, managing complex security logs, and monitoring intrusion detection systems, panic alarms, and CCTV networks. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, ensuring strict access control while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Success in this role demands more than just vigilance; it requires the ability to build effective working relationships with the client and the Team Lead to resolve operational issues without disrupting the family's quality of life. You will partner with global intelligence teams, the Crisis24 Global Security Operations Center, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats. Whether responding to emergencies, conducting surveillance detection, or managing secure transportation, you must remain mentally and physically ready to operate in unpredictable situations, including irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
