About the Role

The Route Service Delivery Driver is the face of Primo Brands, serving as a highly interactive partner to residential, commercial, and retail customers. This role is designed to accelerate growth through premium customer service and strategic upselling while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our extensive beverage portfolio across more than 150,000 retail outlets.

In this position, you will operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) to deliver products to customers on a scheduled basis, ensuring the correct items arrive at the right location within their preferred timeframe. Beyond delivery, you will act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a professional image, providing professional water dispenser cleaning services, and managing account information. The role requires a balance of independent efficiency and teamwork, as you will support colleagues and bring actionable solutions to leadership to maximize operational efficiencies.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with team members. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service. Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist qualified candidates with obtaining their Class B CDL where available.
