Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and process a full pipeline of 25-30 mortgage loan files
- check_circleEvaluate loan files for regulatory compliance and completeness
- check_circleReview and input pertinent loan data into operational systems
- check_circleOrder supplementary vendor products such as title reports and property appraisals
- check_circleObtain required underwriting conditions from loan officers and applicants
- check_circleCommunicate pipeline and file status to retail sales channels and management
- check_circleComplete required checklists and worksheets
- check_circleCollaborate with operational departments to establish productive workflows
Requirements
- verifiedPrevious experience in mortgage loan processing required
