This position serves as a vital link between our clients and our project systems. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, analyzing data for reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of data collection programs. A key part of your day involves training clients on the use of project systems and providing guidance to Customer Service Operations Analysts in your area of expertise. You will also test the functionality of newly released applications and work collaboratively within a team to meet critical project deadlines. This role requires strong communication skills to build and maintain business relationships while delivering superior customer service support.
