This position serves as a vital bridge between data analysis, client training, and operational support. You will be responsible for analyzing and formatting data to inform customer training topics and programs, ensuring that our clients are equipped with the knowledge to utilize project systems effectively. The role involves testing the functionality of newly released applications and collecting or coding data with a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.
Day-to-day, you will communicate effectively with clients to answer inquiries and provide superior support via phone. You will also work within a collaborative team to complete data entry tasks and meet critical project deadlines. A key component of this role involves providing training and guidance to Customer Service Operations Analysts in your area of expertise, helping to elevate the team's overall capability.
