The world of work is changing, and short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are now minimum standards for employees. At IWG, we are leading the way by building the world's largest workspace network, enabling customers to work from wherever and however they want across over 120 countries.
Our mission is to bring more freedom to people and businesses while expanding our global network. We strive to create a bright, inspiring work environment where team members can enjoy a great work-life balance and grow their careers alongside competitive benefits.
As a Community Associate, you will be the heart of your center, working closely with new and existing customers from a myriad of industries. Your primary goal is to create and maintain a vibrant community within the space, handling all administrative and support needs so that our customers can focus entirely on running their businesses.
Your day begins a few minutes before the center opens, ensuring everything is ready and checking that cleaning standards are met. As customers arrive, you become their go-to resource for everything from changing WiFi codes and locating packages to setting up projectors and guiding them to meeting rooms.
Throughout the morning and afternoon, you manage a dynamic flow of requests: sorting mail, confirming invoices, handling printing needs, and resolving environmental issues like temperature control by opening service tickets. You balance these tasks with administrative duties, such as ensuring services are properly charged and following up on customer inquiries.
The role also involves fostering community engagement. You will collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, from planning and writing e-invites to creating and displaying posters around the center. You may also have the opportunity to welcome prospects, sharing details about the IWG community to encourage them to join.
As the day winds down, you ensure the center is tidy, gently guide groups in meeting rooms to wrap up, and direct them to local dining options before heading home. The schedule is designed to offer a work-life balance without standard nights or weekends.
We are looking for individuals who can manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional service. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to build professional relationships, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude that adapts to fast-changing situations. Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment is essential.
IWG is committed to creating a professional workplace community. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
