About the Role
We are seeking a Security Sr. Manager dedicated to supporting the safety, resilience, and operational excellence of our facilities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for emergencies, ensuring that Houston First facilities remain safe, secure, and fully operational. You will oversee day-to-day security functions, coordinate personnel and building systems, and respond to incidents with sound judgment and urgency. The role requires a visible presence throughout the facility to deter risk and promptly address tenant and guest concerns while upholding exceptional standards of safety, service, and operational efficiency across all assigned properties.
