The Opportunity
CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced VTC Scheduler (Level 1) to join our dynamic team supporting a Department of Defense client in Suitland, MD. As a valued team member, you will be part of a high-performing group dedicated to our customer's missions and driven by a higher purpose: ensuring the safety of our nation.
About the Role
In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the critical link between local and distant participants, ensuring seamless audiovisual operations for DoD and DIA meetings. Your day-to-day involves coordinating complex VTC bridge connections, performing connection testing, and managing a comprehensive calendar of scheduled conferences. You will interface directly with NMIC customers to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure all VTC services meet strict operational requirements. Success in this position requires navigating a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
