About the Role
As a Security team member, your mission is to provide a safe and secure environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. You will be the friendly face of the community, greeting everyone with a cheerful and professional manner while maintaining a clean, well-groomed appearance.
Your day will involve patrolling corridors and property perimeters, monitoring emergency security systems, and responding to incidents with care. Beyond security, you will serve as a vital support resource: valet parking, assisting with resident transportation, and helping the Life Enrichment Department with event setups. You will also manage the Customer Service desk, handling guest reservations, packages, and mail deliveries, while performing general building maintenance tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone who puts team success ahead of individual interests, demonstrates a "will-do" attitude, and takes ownership of the community's well-being. You will work the night shift, performing routine tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring the Sun Health Mission and Values are lived out every day.
