About the Role
As a Project Executive at Layton Construction, you will champion "The Layton Way" by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external partners, and customers. You will serve as the principal in charge, ensuring that "Constructing with Integrity" is delivered through honesty, unity, safety, and a commitment to quality work. Your leadership spans the entire lifecycle of your portfolio, from cradle to grave, with total responsibility for both customer success and our company's performance.
In this role, you will oversee financial and general project performance while acquiring new work and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will lead pre-construction efforts, develop and review project schedules, and provide senior oversight during project acquisition. Your day-to-day involves confronting difficult issues that arise between construction challenges and personnel matters, ensuring clients have an enjoyable experience working with our team. Additionally, you will foster growth by leading community service events and participating in select industry events for continual education.
