As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will serve as the primary accountable leader for assigned projects, guiding them from initial creation through to final completion. Your mission is to ensure every project is properly scoped, designed, and executed with a rigorous focus on strict scope, budget, and schedule control. You will operate with the goal of delivering the highest quality outcomes in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible.
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will take an active role in continually improving established operating procedures. This position requires you to manage a portfolio of projects valued at over $10M annually, overseeing the entire project lifecycle including design, development, execution, and closeout. You will be responsible for assembling integrated teams of internal and external resources, ensuring they work collaboratively to deliver against project goals.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between operational constraints and project goals, coordinating seamless communication with Partners, Clients, and management regarding status, schedule, financials, and guest impacts. You will also serve as a mentor, expected to guide early-career project managers and participants from the Professional Intern Program.
