About the Role
This position serves as the principal liaison with selected clients and major projects, representing the company at meetings with stakeholders and at related association meetings with city, provincial, and federal officials. The Project Manager will work closely with Project Team Leads to review proposals and contracts, ensuring projects are managed against inclusions and exclusions while identifying necessary additional services.
Beyond client management, the role involves developing and administering procedures for team management, preparing workload forecasts, and updating accounting systems. A key component of the position is mentorship; the successful candidate will teach staff in all phases of the design process, utilize leadership skills to maximize productivity, and engage the team in quality assurance programs to minimize costs and meet client expectations.
