About the Position
This 13-week contract role is based in Norman, OK, with a start date of June 22, 2026. The position operates on a day shift schedule (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) covering three 12-hour shifts per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). The role involves supervising nursing care and coordinating total patient care in collaboration with physicians. The successful candidate will lead and direct interdisciplinary care teams, managing patients ranging from Intensive Care level units to Med/Surg level units. Flexibility is required, as the role includes floating between units as requested.
Requirements for Success
Candidates must possess at least two years of specific Cath Lab experience. To be considered for onboarding, applicants must provide a current Skills Checklist (within the last year) and two supervisory references from the past 12 months. The facility requires all licenses and certifications to be current at the time of application and will not accept pending credentials.
Compensation and Schedule Details
This contract offers a guaranteed weekly rate of $2,344. The schedule includes night call duties, rotating every third or fourth weekend. The contract duration is 13 weeks with 91 guaranteed hours.
