About the Role
Join our team of Travel Advisors and turn your passion for travel into a rewarding sales career. The Cruise and Vacation Desk is seeking a Full-Time Travel Advisor to help customers choose and manage their next great vacation. Our unique business model is designed to help you quickly build lasting customer relationships, close sales, and generate repeat business and referrals.
While prior travel sales experience is a plus, it is not required. We provide the comprehensive training, resources, and support you need to succeed. This role is perfect for someone who is fun, personable, and excited about the industry, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
What to Expect
You will work in our office, utilizing computer and phone systems to communicate with clients. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to solve problems, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently with a keen attention to detail. You will be part of a culture that values flexibility and professional growth.
Compensation and Perks
Successful candidates will start with a base salary of $35,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn unlimited commission earnings after completing training.
