About the Role

Our agency is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to lead a new territory. This role is designed for individuals driven by competition and success who are eager to build a book of business from the ground up. You will serve as the face of our agency, connecting directly with small and medium-sized businesses to provide industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services.

In this position, you will work closely with an energetic team of fellow producers. The day-to-day involves making in-person sales calls, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers, and engaging with benefits managers and employees on an individual level. Your primary focus will be on new client acquisition and retention, utilizing a customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities.

We are expanding our footprint and need a dedicated partner to develop relationships with local business owners. This position exists to bring our supplemental insurance solutions directly to the businesses that need them most. By building and nurturing your own client portfolio, you will not only drive growth for the agency but also establish a long-term career path defined by performance and results.

Training and Development

We provide comprehensive classroom and field training to ensure you are equipped to succeed. This includes study courses for state licensing (provided at no cost) and reimbursement for licensing fees. Beyond the basics, you will have access to continuing professional development classes, advanced sales trainings, and leadership development programs. Our culture fosters camaraderie and friendly competition, with a clear path for performance-based promotions.

Compensation and Culture

This role offers a unique blend of stability and unlimited earning potential. You will have a weekly draw pay option plus commissions with no caps, monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, and vested renewal commissions. We value results over hours, offering you control over your schedule based on the outcomes you achieve. Additionally, we offer incentive trips and health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days of employment.
