About the Role

This is an outside sales position designed for individuals with a competitive background who are hungry for career advancement and performance-based compensation. You will operate with a high level of autonomy and independence, supported by comprehensive classroom and field training from a high-performing veteran sales team.

In this role, you will cover a dedicated assigned territory, making sales calls to small- and medium-sized businesses across various industries. Your day will involve scheduling and attending in-person meetings with business owners and key decision-makers to introduce industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their employees' needs. You will often work with clients' employees on an individual basis and conduct presentations for groups ranging from 5 to 100+ people. Success in this role requires someone who is not afraid of the daily grind, can focus intently on their goals, and excels at working through adverse situations with determination and enthusiasm.
