Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee hiring, training, and performance reviews of Transportation Department staff
- check_circleEnsure comprehensive training for new drivers in operational and safe driving procedures
- check_circleDevelop and maintain up-to-date pricing policies for routine and customized trips
- check_circleEstablish driver schedules for Off Hours operations and coordinate customized trips
- check_circleArrange vehicle rotation for preventive and corrective maintenance
- check_circleManage dispatching operations within the Transportation Department
- check_circleAssess road conditions during inclement weather and modify or cancel operations and routes
- check_circleHandle billing for transportation services
- check_circleDevelop and manage the department's operational budget
Requirements
