The Transaction Manager serves as the lead representative for the planning, execution, and successful completion of assigned lease acquisition actions. Functioning in a role closely aligned with the Leasing Specialist, this position handles end-to-end transaction leadership across market analysis, solicitation, pricing, negotiation, award support, and post-award coordination. The primary goal is to ensure timely, compliant, and customer-focused leasing outcomes while supporting the successful completion of each assigned task order.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for lease acquisition actions, managing day-to-day transaction activities from project initiation through lease award and post-award transition. You will conduct market analysis and surveys to identify viable locations and develop acquisition strategies that meet customer agency requirements. Your work involves soliciting and evaluating offers, analyzing pricing and tenant improvement costs, and leading negotiations with lessors regarding rental rates, lease terms, and build-out requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with officials, legal counsel, brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum throughout the lease acquisition lifecycle.
